Stellar Repair for Video Doesn’t Work Properly on Some of My Files – Why?
Date published14 Apr 2021

Stellar Repair for Video is an efficient video repair software to fix corrupt and damaged videos. However, if the software does not work on some of your video files, it could be due to several reasons:
- Your video file data is missing and thus cannot be repaired.
- The video file format is not yet supported by the software. Please check the Stellar Repair for Video User Guide to know the file formats supported.
- There is insufficient space in the SD card or pen drive in which you are trying to save the repaired file.
- The storage drive or media that contains the video files is physically damaged. It may not be able to add the file to the software completely.
What you can do:
- Free up space on your SD card or other removable media, and then repair your videos.
- Copy your corrupt video file and the sample file (a healthy file of the same format) to a hard disk that has enough free space.
Tip: Make a copy of a damaged video before repairing it using video repair software
If the software is still not working on some files, you can contact us . Stellar Technical Support will assist you further.
